What the store collects
When you create a Zuno account, we store your account identifier, email address, optional name, and a one-way password hash. We verify your email before sign-in and use a secure session cookie. Verification and password-reset links expire and work only once. We store your saved bag, order items, amounts, payment references, payment and delivery status, and tracking. After payment, the store receives the delivery details collected by Stripe. If you make a privacy request, we store its type, your instructions, status, and the merchant’s response.
We use this information to operate your account, process and fulfill orders, provide support, handle refunds and disputes, and respond to requests. Hosting, sign-in, and payment providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs under their own policies.
Who receives information
Stripe handles checkout and payment details. The store does not receive or store your full card number. DigitalOcean hosts the store and its PostgreSQL database. The merchant’s configured email service delivers account verification and password-reset messages. Delivery details must be provided to the supplier and carrier to fulfill an order. The initial catalog uses CJdropshipping.
Product photos are served by this website and fonts come from your device. Browsing the store does not automatically load Google Fonts or supplier image servers. If you open an external supplier or payment link, that provider receives the information involved in your visit.
The store does not install analytics or advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or code that sends browsing events to advertising networks. Necessary providers still receive information needed to operate the service.
Retention & your requests
Your signed-in bag remains until you clear it or it is removed during store maintenance. Transaction records are kept only as needed for fulfillment, returns, disputes, security, and applicable recordkeeping. Privacy-request records are retained as needed to respond and document the outcome. The merchant must confirm a business-specific retention schedule before sales open.
You can download your own store data, clear your saved bag, and request correction or deletion in the privacy center above. The store authenticates these actions through your sign-in. A submitted request is queued for merchant review; it does not immediately delete all information. If some records must remain, the merchant should state what is retained and why in the response shown with your request.
Use Stripe’s own settings for requests concerning Stripe. Changes to this notice will be dated here; significant changes should be announced before any newly introduced optional processing.
Contact the merchant
The merchant’s legal business identity will be published before sales open.
A monitored support email must be provided before sales open. During preview, signed-in privacy requests can still be saved in the store for review.
